Other than that, if you don’t need a visa, you can just start with the bare minimum of materials and gain the experience eventually in your own phase without a rush. - 184 cm is very high even for European and US markets to be honest. This doesn’t mean that you don’t have chances at all and shouldn’t try, but the height will limit the amount of works you can be booked for. Everything also depends on your overall visual appearance. Please keep in mind that I don’t know how you look and I am answering just in general. There’s always a way to make it work, but it both depends on your hard work, understanding of the market and the luck. If you have good visual features, you will have more opportunities in modeling while working through the Mother Agency). Watch my other videos, learn about the industry first, gain some experience and then go for it. Make sure to talk to your parents and get their approval too. Since you’re under 18 years old, they will be signing all of the documents for you.

Hello dear, if you fit into modeling industry standards, I would recommend you finding a Mother agency first (this will allow you to work worldwide and secure better jobs + being safe), not emailing directly to Korean agencies. It works the same for each country - you need to apply to the agencies by sending them your materials - either emailing them or filing the form on their website. Hello dear, I would recommend adding a variety of foods to your diet instead 🤍 For example switch to some other protein sources for few days (chicken, tofu, fish). I also have a video with egg diet-inspired recipes ruclips.net/video/1GE-hnYXwnE/видео.html You can try adding these dishes to your menu (they are low calorie, healthy and filling + it will bring more variety = vitamins and nutrients to your body). The egg diet only doesn’t provide enough nutrients as you are basically eating the same food over and over again. I’d stick to it for a few days if you like, but following it long term isn’t a good idea. This is my personal opinion though - I am not a doctor nor healthcare specialist. Hope you’ll achieve your goals whatever they are 🤍

I want a similar goal like you, I want to lose 5kg in a month (I’ve been trying to lose weight since 4yrs but I wasn’t determined enough). So I came up with this starting of today; doing a specific diet (like egg diet, kpop diet…..etc) for three days every week, and the other four days having two meals, one without carbs and the other with low carbs. Hello dear, please choose more balanced diet instead. This one (the egg diet) is too limited in nutrients and can cause harm to your body if following it long-term. Remember health is the most precious thing 🙏🏻🤍✨ It’s better to do everything slowly, so your body wouldn’t feel stressed and you won’t gain the weight back after changing your diet. Choose the most comfortable diet for yourself - ideally the one that you will be able to follow for the rest of your life, just like a lifestyle 🌿 And instead of removing some food groups from your menu, try switching to healthier options instead. I’m so sorry to hear about your experience dear 🥺🤍 Hope you’ll feel better soon. Since they’ve prescribed you the pills because of the medical condition, try checking if there were any positive changes and if it got better, maybe switch to another pills - they actually need to do some hormonal tests to find the ones that will be suitable for you or try visiting another Dr for second opinion. As I’ve mentioned in the video - some people have completely different experience with birth control pills. Like the friend of mine was feeling great while taking the same pills. It is obvious since we are all different and our bodies react to everything differently too… Anyways really hope that taking them for 4 months was enough and you won’t have to go through it again 🙏🏻 Take care and wishing you good health 💓

Hello, for male models the lowest height in professional modeing in Asia is ~ 182 cm. It doesn’t mean it’s absolutely impossible to work there if you’re not that tall, but it will be harder and also many things depend on your overall visual appearance, experience + visa status. Hello dear, I’ve just shared the overall view on tattoos in modeling industry. And sadly they complicate things even if they can be covered and having no tattoos is always better. The simple explanation: if the client will have to choose between a model with clear skin and the other model with tattoos when they don’t need the tattoos being seen, the choice will be obvious just because it’s less complicated + less work for the MUAH / stylist / retoucher in terms of hiding the tattoos. But it doesn’t mean that you absolutely can’t work as a model if you have tattoos, they may just limit some job opportunities for you. And each case is different, so you need to see the whole picture. If you’re thinking whether to try modeling or not and the only thing that stopping you is having tattoos, I’d say still try it anyways. There are different ways to pursue it. Hello dear, sadly you are too petite and most likely won’t have many chances to succeed as a model, so if you’re thinking about serious career, I would recommend you focusing on another field like acting, dancing etc. that doesn’t require being tall. You can still try modeling and do it as hobby, since with your height it will be really hard to make a living out of it. Of course I don’t know how you look and this is just an answer in general, there may be some exceptions depending on visual appearance. Hello dear, You can do both content creation and modeling on an E-6 visa. It actually doesn’t matter what you do exactly as long as it fits your visa type (you are allowed to do this activity legally), you earn the necessary income to pay the bills and it’s enough for you to make a living out of it. Just do what you feel is more exciting for you and prioritise the things that may bring you more success in the shortest period of time (once you’ll be successful in at least one field, you can easily switch to another and balance things out, become more relaxed about everything etc). Please make sure to watch my newest video about the most recent E-6 visa updates (if you haven’t yet). It is very important to have all of the necessary documents ready + have the experience in the industry these days ruclips.net/video/NrLqgJuucJ0/видео.htmlsi=5wYNjmV4k3jRAUtI No need to worry about the length of stay. E-6 is being issued for 1 year only just because it’s a standard procedure, but it can be extended an endless amount of times (it’s really easy and basically a formality once you already work and stay in Korea) and you can sign a contract with the agency for a longer period than 1 year, yet I don’t recommend you doing this, because it’s better to be safe just in case and being able to switch to another company in case smth happens or you simply will find the better options.
